Skills and grading

Students' ranking is distinguished by a colouredbelt with sub-levels strips.

The Hac Long - Black Dragon School has four main levels, each with its sub-levels:

		The student begins his training wearing the White Belt. The blue strips mark the passage of the grading for sub-level towards the achievement of the intermediate grade;

		The student wears a Blue Belt, that distinguishes him from beginners, on his way towards achieving the level of Black Belt.

		The student has successfully completed the first phase of his training. He wears the Black Belt.

		The student is wearing the Red Belt and boasts the title of expert within the learned Style.

The technical program of the School Hac Long consist ia a path of study approximately 10 years long, after which the candidate will have 'achieved high level of knowledge and technical skills within the Style learned.

At the end of each year of study and practice the student may appear the examining board to be subjected to strict assessment of the level.

For each grading the student is required to bring all the technical program from Beginner up to grade that applies for.

The grading at the School Hac Long - Black Dragon does not certify the annual attendance at the gym, but the knowledge of the technical program and the ability of the student within the Style learned.

The technical program of the Hac Long - Black Dragon School provides the attainment of the degree of
Black Belt achieving the eighth level grading (usually corresponding to the eighth year of practice).

The degree of Red Belt Expert is obtained by achieving the tenth-level grading (usually corresponding to the tenth year of practice).

Starting from Black Belt the students, as well as their technical skill, must be able to transmit it to the students of lower rank.

The Hac Long - Black Dragon School recognizes the degrees of students coming from other similar kung fu schools
upon passing the grading with the timing and modalities to be agreed with the Technical Department.
